Playing Smiley Bolger’s ‘Much More Music’ gig in Moran’s Hotel (now O’Sheas) during the Summer of ‘77. Moran’s became our gig venue of choice - It was one of the few venues that welcomed punk (mostly ourselves and the Boomtown Rats). This was were we built up a regular fanbase at that time and it would get pretty wild to say the least. The picture shows Mark solidly holding the bottom end on the bass with Jimmy Crash obscured by cymbals, while Philip, Pete(out of frame) and I unleash the punk beast. .
